Instructions for Purchasing Welfare Products

The welfare products are not brand new and are equivalent to second-hand goods. Please do not compare them with brand new items.
All welfare products have undergone professional functional testing and refurbishment procedures; slight wear, aging, color difference, sticker marks, or incomplete packaging may occur on the appearance, which are all within the normal range, do not affect the function, and are not considered defects.
The products are sourced from inventory, refurbished original factory machines, and recycled products from retail display units.
The welfare products are sold at a discounted price and come with a one-month warranty. If repairs are needed during the warranty period, the welfare items will be replaced free of charge.
If the product is in DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days (unusable upon arrival), a free replacement will be provided.
This product is subject to a 7-day online shopping appreciation period. Please note that this appreciation period is not a trial period. Please complete the appearance and function inspection and confirm the condition of the product as soon as possible. When applying for a return, please keep the product's appearance, gifts, accessories, or outer packaging intact.
