Home Delivery

For Taiwan orders, including both Taiwan main island and outlying islands, a fixed shipping fee of NT$120 will be charged for orders under NT$1,000.

Orders of NT$1,000 or above qualify for free shipping.

If you need products shipped to two different addresses, please place separate orders and enter the corresponding shipping information for each order.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address and the order must be returned and shipped again, an additional shipping fee of NT$120 will be charged.

Shipping Information

CREST Diving Official Store works with logistics providers including SF Express, Black Cat Delivery Service, and Chunghwa Post, depending on the shipping area and delivery conditions.

Specific logistics providers cannot currently be selected by customers.

Orders are shipped in the order they are confirmed.

For in-stock products, shipment is generally arranged on the next business day after payment is completed.

For pre-order products, the estimated shipping date will follow the information shown on the product page.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics operations and delivery routes.

Taiwan main island: usually 1 to 3 business days after shipment.

Taiwan outlying islands: usually 2 to 7 business days after shipment.

Electronic Invoice

Taiwan orders will be issued electronic invoices in accordance with applicable Taiwan tax regulations.

International Orders

International shipping is currently suspended. If international shipping becomes available again, the applicable shipping method, delivery time, duties, taxes, and related fees will be announced separately.
