The CREST Diving Official Store is operated directly by our headquarters. We use secure third-party payment providers, including ECPay and PayPal, to help protect your online transactions. Please shop with confidence.
Payment Methods
1. Credit Card Payment (ECPay)
The CREST Diving Official Store uses SSL-secured online transactions. You may complete payment online by entering your credit card details.
Taiwan orders: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and other supported credit cards are accepted.
2. Virtual ATM Transfer (ECPay)
Taiwan orders: After you place an order, the system will generate a unique virtual ATM account for that order. Please make a full transfer through an ATM or online banking. Please do not deduct bank transfer fees from the payment amount.
Once the full amount has been received, the system will reconcile the payment automatically and notify the CREST Diving Official Store so that we can proceed with order processing and shipment.
3. PayPal
Taiwan orders: PayPal is currently not available for Taiwan orders.
International orders: You may complete payment online through PayPal.
When an Order Is Confirmed
- An order is confirmed once full payment has been completed. We will send an electronic order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please review the ordered items, quantities, and total amount. If you have questions or need to cancel an order, please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and contact us.
- All transactions made through the CREST Diving Official Store comply with applicable Taiwan tax requirements. Displayed prices are in New Taiwan Dollars and include Taiwan business tax. Invoices for Taiwan orders are issued in accordance with applicable laws.
- International orders are subject to Taiwan export customs procedures and applicable regulations. Displayed product prices and transaction amounts do not include taxes or charges imposed in the destination country or region, including VAT, GST, import tax, import duty, customs duty, or similar charges. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and all related taxes and charges.
- Orders require internal inspection, packing, and shipment preparation before dispatch. Although we will arrange shipment as soon as possible, delivery may be delayed by inspection procedures, packing operations, logistics services, customs procedures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The actual delivery date is based on the shipment notice issued by the CREST Diving Official Store. Where delivery is delayed for these reasons, the buyer may not claim related costs or damages from CREST.
- If an order is returned, you agree that the CREST Diving Official Store may process the related electronic invoice and sales return documentation on your behalf to help complete the return and refund process.
- To provide our services, the CREST Diving Official Store collects, processes, and uses personal information in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws. If you choose not to provide the requested information, or provide incomplete information, we may be unable to provide certain information or services.
- When we receive your order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms. The CREST Diving Official Store reserves the right to accept or decline an order.
Fraud-Prevention Reminder
Please remain alert to online-shopping scams. The CREST Diving Official Store is operated directly by our headquarters.
We will not call from a telephone number beginning with “+”, ask you to visit an ATM to cancel instalment payments or change any account setting, or ask you to transfer funds privately to a personal account not held in the company name. If you receive a call or message of this kind, please verify it carefully to avoid fraud.
