To enhance our after-sales efficiency and overall service quality, CREST has updated its warranty and repair policy for dive computers, effective immediately.
Please review the following details to understand your product’s warranty coverage and service options:

1. Service Method Update

All CREST dive computers will now adopt a “Welfare Product Replacement Program”.
Original repairs or individual part quotations will no longer be provided.

Within Warranty: Free replacement with a new or welfare product.

Out of Warranty: Special discounted pricing for refurbished or welfare product replacements.
2. Warranty Period & Eligibility
a. Manufactured between Jan 2018 – Oct 2022
- Warranty period has expired, and repair services are no longer available.
- For continued use, please contact CREST for special replacement offers.
b. Manufactured between Nov 2022 – Oct 2025
- Warranty remains 2 years. Individual part repairs or quotations are not available.
- Within Warranty: Free replacement with a new or welfare product.
- Out of Warranty: Special discounted pricing for welfare product replacements.
c. Manufactured on or after Nov 12, 2025
- Warranty period: 1 year. Individual part repairs or quotations are not available.
- Within Warranty: Free replacement with a new or welfare product.
- Out of Warranty: Special discounted pricing for welfare product replacements.
