The APP can not open recently

Hi, last year i purchased CR5, it has 131 log dives and has been working alright.
2 days ago, i upgraded firmware to cr5070, today after dive 2 about 1:30 hrs later the computer sound alarm, and dive mode comes up and blinking. The dive computer screen appear "no diving for 4 hrs " I dont know why, but it happend.
Also i having difficulti downloading dive log using dive story+. It keep on connecting but nothing happen. Please suggest
